Pricing

Pricing built around your organization

There is no price list on this page, and that is deliberate. The platform is deployed and configured per organization, so pricing is scoped in a conversation with you — not selected from a menu that would fit almost nobody accurately.

What pricing is based on

Three factors define scope

A five-person regional carrier and a two-hundred-person national carrier are not running the same operation, and a single published number would be wrong for both. Scope is built from the factors below.

01

Team size

How many underwriters, senior underwriters, managers, and administrators will work in the platform. Roles, authority limits, and oversight views are configured per person, so the shape of the team materially changes the shape of the deployment.

02

Submission volume

How many submissions flow through intake, extraction, and review over a period. A team reviewing a handful of files a week and a team clearing a steady pipeline place different demands on the platform, and pricing reflects that rather than pretending they are the same.

03

Lines of business

Each line carries its own required facts, document types, and appetite guidelines, which are defined and configured for your organization. The number of lines you run is a direct input into scope.

Why it works this way

Configured for your book, not toggled on

This is not a one-size-fits-all SaaS tool that behaves identically for every buyer. Required facts, document requirements, appetite guidelines, roles, and binding authority limits are all defined against how your organization actually underwrites, and they are enforced in your own isolated tenant.

That work is part of the engagement rather than an afterthought, which is why enterprise underwriting platforms are scoped and quoted individually — and why we would rather have one accurate conversation than publish a number that misleads you.

Scoped individually
Every organization is priced against its own team, volume, and lines — no standard package is assumed.
Sales-assisted
There is no self-serve signup. Access begins with a conversation and an administrator-issued invitation.
Configuration included
Setting up your organization, roles, authority limits, and guidelines is part of the engagement.

A typical engagement

What is generally included

Implementation and org setup

Your organization, roles, authority limits, required facts, document types, and appetite guidelines are configured with you before your team starts working real files.

Users within the agreed plan

Once a plan is scoped, your team works inside it without per-person friction — administrators invite and manage users themselves as the team changes.

Ongoing support

Continued support for your administrators and underwriting leads, including adjustments to configuration as your guidelines, authority structure, or lines evolve.

The specifics are agreed as part of your proposal, since what an organization needs at setup depends on how it underwrites today.

Tell us about your team and we will scope it

Share your team size, roughly how many submissions you handle, and the lines you write. We will walk you through the platform and come back with pricing built around that.
